If the concussion victim is injured while occupying a motor vehicle which is covered by No Fault insurance, the medical expenses, wage and earnings losses, and replacement services can be compensated or reimbursed as a benefit of the No Fault insurance.

Under Minnesota No Fault insurance law, a concussion injury is a “physical injury” covered by the law.  Emotional consequences (anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress) are covered.  Emotional consequences which are totally unrelated to any physical injury are not covered even though they may have directly resulted from the collision.
