Water Gremlin Update

This is an update on Water Gremlin and our representation of hundreds of people harmed by toxic, illegal dumping for years. The good people of White Bear Township, Gem Lake and portions of White Bear have been literally poisoned from the negligent dumping of TCE and lead into the atmosphere for more nearly 20 years. Recently the State of Minnesota Legislative Auditor released thier findings of thier year long investigation into the MPCA and Water Gremlin.. The report confirmed the illegal actions of Water Gremlin and failures of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency in oversight and enforcement . This information is not a surprise to Schmidt and Salita as we have uncovered this and other information as part of our litigation against the MPCA which brought this to the forefront.
